Mindful Inceptions
I believe every person deserves a safe, supportive, and compassionate space to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are, helping you gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your personal values and goals.
My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from both evidence-based practices and holistic wellness techniques. Depending on your unique needs, we may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, meditation, therapeutic yoga, expressive arts, and play therapy to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster lasting change.
For clients seeking deeper trauma healing, I offer Brainspotting and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), two powerful approaches that can help access and process trauma beyond traditional talk therapy. When appropriate, I also integrate sound healing, breathwork, and other mind-body interventions to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
I offer individual therapy through both in-person and secure telehealth sessions, making care accessible throughout Arizona. Beyond traditional counseling, I also facilitate therapeutic yoga, mindfulness experiences, psychoeducational workshops, and small groups that encourage learning, connection, and personal growth.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone different, it’s about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, or simply looking to create a more intentional and fulfilling life, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
