🌞 Small Summer Mental Health Group – Now Enrolling! 🌞

This summer, take time to care for your mental health in a supportive and welcoming environment.
We’re excited to offer a Small Summer Mental Health Group designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and build resilience during the slower pace of the season.

What to Expect:

  • Small, intimate group (6–8 participants) for deeper connection
  • Weekly 60-minute sessions focused on emotional wellness, coping strategies, and personal growth
  • A blend of discussion, mindfulness exercises, and creative activities
  • Safe, confidential space to share experiences and feel supported

Themes We’ll Explore:

  • Stress management and self-care
  • Navigating transitions and change
  • Mindfulness and grounding techniques
  • Building confidence and self-compassion

Who Can Join:
Adults (18+) looking for a supportive summer reset — whether you’re managing anxiety, feeling stuck, or simply want a space for reflection and growth.
