We’re excited to offer a Small Summer Mental Health Group designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and build resilience during the slower pace of the season.

- Small, intimate group (6–8 participants) for deeper connection
- Weekly 60-minute sessions focused on emotional wellness, coping strategies, and personal growth
- A blend of discussion, mindfulness exercises, and creative activities
- Safe, confidential space to share experiences and feel supported
